If you want us to make something that you found on the Internet and provide only a picture, you must understand what the master will produce since it is he who sees this picture and the object in the picture and this may differ from your ideas and what you want. No one will redo anything and return the money either. Therefore, if you want something made for you that we do not have and did not have, you need to provide a detailed drawing with all dimensions and an accurate description. If none were provided, claims will not be accepted. In any case, the item will be made as close as possible to what is desired, but certain subtleties may not be observed that the person simply did not see or did not understand how it should be. (This only applies to those items that you find on the Internet, all our offers will be made the same as in the photo)

Damage to glass, shells, ceramics

We try to pack the goods efficiently and minimize damage during transportation, we take care of this to the extent possible. Namely, we try to make the packaging both reliable and oversized so that you do not overpay double or triple for delivery. But still, different things happen, for example, the glass in the mirror breaks, or the shells break, or somewhere the leg of a chair cracks. Know! Our responsibility ends as soon as we hand over the goods to the transport company. Further, we cannot be responsible for the actions of other people who have nothing to do with us. Therefore, if a product suddenly arrives with damage, we do not refund the full price for it, and even the delivery cost, at least this is very stupid and wrong. But still, we will try to eliminate these troubles as much as possible (Example: glass can be replaced in a mirror, broken shells can be replaced with whole ones, which we will be happy to send to you, a chair leg can be repaired in a carpentry workshop and we can reimburse part of the cost of the repair ) We understand perfectly well that it is unpleasant to receive an item that you have been waiting for a long time and even with damage, but you also take this risk when purchasing any item that needs to be transported across the world. Delivery

We are not responsible for the actions of carriers! Our task is to pack the goods and transfer them to the transport company. We cannot be responsible for the actions of the transport company because... We have no power over them and are not the owners of this organization. "Delivery" and "Dispatch" are two different words with different meanings. So we are engaged in Manufacturing, Selling and Dispatch. If the goods arrived broken, damaged or the wrong package arrived to you - WE DO NOT NEED TO THROW HYSTERICS AND BLAME FOR ALL DEADLY SINS!!! If the carrier is ready to meet and compensate for the damage or transport the mixed up parcels, we will definitely return everything to you and transport it. If the carrier does not cooperate and is confident that he is right, in this case we are powerless. (CASES OF DAMAGE OR OTHER PROBLEMS ARE VERY RARE) WE REPEAT AGAIN! WE ARE NOT THE OWNERS OF A TRANSPORT COMPANY! WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF THOSE PERSONS WHO ARE NOT OUR EMPLOYEES!

Rattan lampshades

Rattan lampshades are very fragile and bulky goods. The buyer is solely responsible for their transportation. Our responsibility is packaging with the materials that are available in our warehouse - cardboard and bubble wrap. Air transportation of such items is quite an expensive undertaking because... they are light and too bulky, the price will include all the empty space they occupy and the weight will be calculated according to the volume of this product using the formula: Length x Height x Width / 5000 = weight"

If before payment you have not clarified all the nuances and details of transporting fragile and large items, this is your responsibility.

Payment for transportation

1. Freight charges are billed to the buyer immediately after we receive an invoice from the carrier and must be paid within the next 3 days. If for some reason the payment does not reach our account, your parcel is sent next time and awaits payment. If payment is not received within the next 2 weeks, we have the right to sell the item for the cost of delivery to refund all costs. The buyer completely loses payment and goods.
2. The buyer must find out the cost of transportation before purchasing the goods; if for some reason you did not deliver this, the buyer is responsible.

3. It happens that we cannot weigh and measure many items before shipping or before purchasing due to the fact that they are simply not in stock and they have not yet been manufactured, in these cases they will either write you an approximate cost or you will need to wait until we receive the finished ones items from the workshop. In this case, all risks fall on the shoulders of the buyer.

Delivery period

The period for transporting goods begins from the moment the plane takes off or the ship sails from the port. The date you pay for the item is NOT the start of the delivery period. It happens that the transport company postpones sending the goods for some reason beyond our control, in this case you just need to wait because... parcels are sent as one large load immediately after they reach the required weight for transportation. We can send one parcel and on any day only if you live in any country except the Russian Federation and Belarus or your parcel exceeds 20 kg in volume, it can also be sent quickly (Air only), also if your parcel does not exceed 45 cm in size too can be sent by air through couriers that fly directly to Moscow.
